Who We Are
Common Ground is dedicated to providing resources and support for diversity and inclusion issues throughout the University of Richmond community. We pursue that goal primarily by:
- Serving as the University’s communication hub for diversity related programming, information, and opportunities
- Collaborating with and supporting other campus organizations working toward the same ends
- Supporting and advocating for marginalized groups on campus
- Organizing focused dialogues, workshops, and special programs for student groups and others
- Leading the University's response to bias-related incidents
We regularly collaborate with campus organizations to provide dynamic programming and events centered on issues related to race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, social class, ability, and more.
