Since the early 1990s, Glyn has worked in different capacities with a variety of organizations and has focused on a wide range of issues including gender, sexuality, race, social class, and disability. A common denominator throughout Glyn's work is his interest in removing impediments so that marginalized groups gain the access they need to have both input and impact on forces that affect their lives. As a result, much of his work has centered on helping majority groups understand the challenges posed and benefits gained by pursuing inclusive diversity.
Glyn holds a Ph.D. in Sociology with an emphasis in Women's Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Lisa’s career in education has included college student development and running a local community education program. She also has experience in community organizing, non-profit organizations, and volunteer administration.
Lisa earned her M.Ed in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of Vermont and has an undergraduate degree in Child Study from Tufts University.
