Race, History, and the University: A Town Hall Discussion

Craig WilderDr. Craig Steven Wilder, MIT historian and author of Ebony & Ivy: Race, Slavery, and the Troubled History of America's Universities (2013), and Dr. Julian Hayter, historian in UR's Jepson School of Leadership Studies, will lead the UR campus community in a discussion of pressing, contemporary questions about racial tensions on college campuses and institutional histories of race and racism. Funding for Dr. Wilder's visit has been generously provided by the Arts & Sciences Dean's Office and the Office of the Provost.
