At the center of the University's broad and embedded approach to inclusive diversity, Common Ground serves as a clearinghouse for all things diversity on campus, making it easy for students and employees to know what's happening and how to get involved.
On our own and in collaboration with others, we also create and sponsor programs, help the institution track progress, and generally support efforts to foster a fully inclusive and diverse community at the University of Richmond.
The work of Common Ground is never done, and it is not ours alone, because creating a community based on inclusive diversity requires an ongoing community effort. Each of us has a role to play, and no individual effort will create the result we hope for.
