To supplement the recent program, Managing the Challenges of the Tenure Process for Women Faculty, the Office of Common Ground has compiled these resources, designed to be useful for women faculty as well as their supervisors, mentors, colleagues, and those that recruit and hire them. AACU – The Association for American Colleges and Universities has an extensive section on women in higher education.

AAUW – The American Association of University Women advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, and research. Read about their work on behalf of equal pay efforts here.

The Virginia Network - The state chapter of The American Council on Education's Office of Women in Higher Education, including information on its annual confernece, taking place this May at Virginia State University.
