Thanksgiving on Campus

Staying on campus for the Thanksgiving holiday? This year, Thanksgiving break is at the beginning of the fully remote portion of the semester. Most students will be leaving campus and not returning until the start of the spring semester. However, for a variety of reasons, some students will remain on campus.

The traditional Thanksgiving meal - including turkey and all the fixings - will be served on Wed., Nov. 25, 2020 during lunch in the Heilman Dining Center. We're arranging for volunteers to decorate the space to give it a festive feel. So plan to come to D-hall for a Thanksgiving lunch, and join others who will be staying on campus for some part of the break. You will be able to take your Wed. dinner and your Thanksgiving Day meals with you to go, as Dining Services will be closed on Thu., Nov. 26, 2020 so their staff can celebrate the holiday.

Volunteer to Help

If you would like to help with the decorating, or possibly the Thanksgiving meal distribution, please complete this volunteer registration form no later than Nov. 15.  Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, family members and others not associated with the University may not volunteer. Thank you very much for your willingness to help.
